Essay

Dissertation work is devoted to finding out the features of current glomerulonephritis in children in modern terms, to establishment the progressive and chronic factors, on the basis of study of clinical and laboratory indexes, determination of blood phospholipids, erythrocyte membrane and beta 2-microglobulin in blood serum and urine Disorder of the beta2-microglobulin system in children, with acute glomerulonephritis begin with the first days from the illness. Stably kept increase of the level of beta2-microglobulin in blood serum and excretion with the urine are chronic markers of acute glomerulonephritis and progressing of the chronic in children. Increase excretion of the beta2-microglobulin serves as a sensitive marker of damage of the proximal tube in children with acute and chronic glomerulonephritis and it can be used for an estimation the degree of activity of the pathological process in kidneys in acute and chronic glomerulonephritis, that it is necessary to consider at efficiency of therapy. acute and chronic glomerulonephritis irrespective of the form of disease it is accompanied by the raised damage of phospholipids of the cellular membranes, reflecting membrane distroctive process. At chronic of acute and progressing of the chronic glomerulonephritis pathological process in kidneys is accompanied by more expressed changes of the phospholipids of cellular membranes. Key words: glomerulonephritis , children, beta2-microglobulin, phospholipids, spontaneous hemolysis of erythrocytes
