Essay

The dissertation deals with the research of the attestation procedure as an integral part of administrative process. There have been determined the notions, principles, subjects and the stages of attestation procedure. It also gives the notion of an attestation, classification of state attestations and their characteristic features. Changes and amendments of acting legislature which regulates the attestation procedure have been given. The basic and supplementary criteria of evaluation of low enforcement personnel and complains and protests procedure as to attestations' results are proposed in the work.
