Об'єкт дослідження - the public relations which are folded in activity of law enforcement authorities at investigation of violations of rules of safety of travelling motion or exploitation of vehicles. Мета дисертації - taking into account the modern necessities of practice of investigation and on the basis of criminalistics knowledges to develop and perfect theoretical bases and practical recommendations in relation to optimization of investigation of violations of rules of safety of travelling motion or exploitation of vehicles. Методи дослідження - dialectical theory cognitions, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, analogy, generalization, system-structural method. Наукова новизна - improved decision of concept and maintenance of criminal violation of rules of safety of travelling motion or exploitation of vehicles and its structure; classification of emergency travelling situation and types of adventures. Практичне значення - the judicial, organizational and methodical lacks of practiceof investigation set and recommendations are given on their removal, criminalistics recommendations are formulated on the exposure and fixing of tracks, which remain the transports vehicles equipped by the antislide system. Предмет і ступінь впровадження - separate theoretical positions of dissertation are positively appraised by the practical workers of organs of internal affairs, are the constituents of on-line tutorials of disciplines "Criminalistik", "Investigations of separate types of crimes" which are read in the Kievan national university of internal affairs (act of introduction from April, 12, 2007); brought in to Ukraine and is used by the investigators of DMIA Ukraine in the region in practical activity at investigation computer program "V-SIM" (act of introduction from April, 12, 2007). Ефективність впровадження - conclusions and suggestions of dissertation obtained positive estimation of specialists.
