Protsjuk N. Management of quality products of dairy cattle breeding in the agricultural enterprises

In the dissertation theoretical and methodical aspects of product quality management are examined, practical recommendations concerning its improvement are developed. Results of systematization of the basic concepts in this sphere are taken up, classification of production quality parameters is generalized. Evolutionary development of quality production of management systems are investigated, proved the necessity of their introduction in practical activities of the domestic enterprises. The diagnostics of product quality management of dairy cattle breeding in the agri-cultural enterprises was made, the modern condition of manufacture, processing and quality of milk in Ukraine is analysed. The basic results of research of a management sys-tem of production quality are shown here, of dairy cattle breeding and recommendations concerning its improvement are proved. Offered introductions of control systems of quality production of dairy cattle breeding in the agricultural enterprises practice on the basisof development of a complex of the interconnected organizational-economic and technological actions. The forecast of the milk realization price in view of its quality parameters by means of a method of an artificial intellect is made. The necessity of state regulation of milk quality and dairy production that will assist effective development of area of dairy cattle breeding is proved.
