Organizational projects and technology of modernization of the civil building, as a component part of extension of their life cycle. A scientific-grounded method of consideration of factors of site of object and his physical and moral wear at estimation and development of possible variants of extension of life cycle of the civil building is developed. System-structural analysis of expert estimations and general theory of the systems in case of ground and choice of factors and indexes of location and wear, determining results of modernization of building. Be grounded, be developed, be patented and inculcated in the reconstruction projects new structural-technological decisions on the outward warming and finishing the modernized building for abbreviation of dates of recoupment of investments necessary for this purpose
