Dissertation research is devoted development of the theoretical-methodical providing and practical recommendations in relation to forming of marketing of agricultural producers of organic products in the period of becoming of the market. On the basis of complex research features and conformities to the law of becoming of market of organic products are discovered in Ukraine. Certainly level of influencing of factors of external and internal environment on the dynamics of market of organic products, market segmentation is carried out with the purpose of determination of having a special purpose user of organic products.Рrovided methodical approaches to forming of the effective system of marketing on the basis of development of facilities of complex of marketing and strategies of development of marketing activity. Foreign experience is generalized with the purpose of his introduction in Ukraine. Valuation of demand of consumers is carried out on organic products on the basis of optimization model of consumption taking into account the level of income of consumers and price.
