Essay

The dissertation is devoted to topics of the development and scientific ground of the complex system of security resource saving and technogenous safety of welding constructions (WC) exploitation in ecologic dangerous productions (EDP) with receiving of integrated natural-guarding effect (INGE) as a positive synergist ecological effect (PSEE). An analysis of technogenous catastrophes and the fractures statistics are showed, that 80…90% its cases are occurred in a zone of welded joints (WJ) owing to corrosion mechanical fractures (CMF): of a hydrogen degradation a cracking, a fatigue. A methodology of the investigations – a systematic approach, decomposition of technogenous-ecological system on the hierarchic subsystems, with a determination its emergentic properties and optimum regimes its functioning with using of complex of physical, chemical, physico-chemical and physico-mechanical tests. The rational choice of technology welding regimes (with the adjustable cooling), effective synergist metallochelating compositions (SMCC) on the secondary raw materials (production and consumption waste – non-condition on the useful life pharmpreparations) and the modificated them the protection coatings, durable in conditions of cooperated influence of the aggressive mediums EDP and electromagnetic fields (EMF), have been established.
