Baula O. Formation of Ukrainian securities market institutes.

The paper is devoted to the problem of formation and development of national securities market institutes. The concept detailed retrospective analysis of different views on the role of securities market institutes in economic system has been made. Development stages of Ukrainian securities market institutes as well as basic macroeconomic and institutional factors of its activity have been pointed out and analyzed. Methodology for determination of institutional effectiveness of Ukrainian securities market has been proposed. Improvement recommendations about infrastructural provision of national securities market, state management optimization have been elaborated, principles of giving the information by participants of the market.
