Yali M. A New World Order Formation under Conditions of Globalization

In the thesis the paradigm of world order has been studied. Basic postulates of the world order evolution are formulated. Modern peculiarities of the new world order formation, functioning and structure of the international system have been distinguished and examined. Time measures of bipolar order decline's and beginning of new world order formation phases are defined, as well as the bifurcation points, in which the direction of the future evolutional transformations and possible structural configurations of international system are determined.Essence, factors and moving forces of globalization are established. Informational and communication technologies' influence on consciousness and behavior of human beings as well as on social organization of the informational societies have been studied. The problem of global human identity crisis as the origin of local, regional and feasible global civilization conflicts has been thoroughly considered.
