Object of research - process of organization of interaction of the executive and legislative branches of authority in process of acceptance of laws. The purpose of research - substantiation and development of theoretical rules, is scientific - practical of the recommendations for use of principles information logistics during formation of state mechanisms of maintenance of interaction of branches of authority. Methods of research - logic, dialectics, system analysis, mathematical modeling, concept of state management and general theory of logistics. The practical importance of the received results is, that they represent methodical base of formation of effective state mechanisms of maintenance of interaction of branches of authority by formation of information logistical system and mechanisms of an estimation of efficiency of its functioning. The scientific novelty of the received results is, that for the first time complex concept „information logistics in state management" is formulated; the logistical approach to organization of interaction of branches of authority is offered; the methodical rules of an estimation of efficiency and reliability of information logistical system of state mechanisms of organization of interaction of the central bodies of the executive authority from Supreme Glad Ukraine in process of acceptance of laws are developed. The methodical approaches to definition of a role of information flows, which arise in process of acceptance of laws, their ordering and classification with application of scientific base information logistics; the methods of definition of directions of organization of state regulation are advanced by separate stages of acceptance of laws and approaches to organization of support of the administration bills. The organizational control system of interaction of branches of authority at a level of the central bodies of the executive authority has received the further development at the expense of allocation of functional making this system, that allow to increaseefficiency of state mechanisms of organization of interaction of the executive and legislative branches of authority in process of acceptance of laws.
