Essay

The dissertation deals with the research of the mechanism of the land utilization management. The principles of the land utilization management in consideration with the rational use and protection of land have been formulated. Theoretical and methodical propositions of the optimization of the land utilization based on the integral structural elements of the environmentalizm system have been worked out. The directions of economic and ecological improvement of the structure of the area under crops in Mykolayiv region have been determined and the economic efficiency of the proposed arrangements realization has been grounded.
