Kramchenkova V. Disorders of intrafamiliar relations with the development of co-dependence at narcotic pathology in the family and methods of its psychological correction

The dissertation is devoted to the definition of disorders of intrafamiliar relations at family narcotic pathology and co-dependence and creation of the complex psychological correction program of reconstructive family training. In the representative sample (included 131 families and 309 respondents) of Kharkiv region the system characteristics of the dysfunctional family at use of narcotics were defined, it was described the structure, regularities and patterns of family interaction. The integral dynamic model of the family system in use of narcotics which characterized the mechanism of formation of the co-dependence syndrome was created. Higher efficiency of reconstructive psychological correction family training as compared with individual cognitive oriented consulting of the narcotic-dependent individuals was shown.
