Essay

The research is devoted to the study of role of derangements of skin physiology and some derangements of homeostasis in the dermatitis and eczema pathogen. The algorithms were proposed for derangements of skin study and derangements of humoral immunity study. There is shown, that the level of those derangements have to be used as one more diagnostic criteria in developing of pathogenic complex treatment method. A new pathogenically based complex treatment method was developed, where basic therapy is combined with remedy known as flurenizidum. Usage of the proposed treatment method allows correction of system derangements of patients and contributes to number of days of the illness reduce by 20 – 30% and prolongation of remission period.
