Syzon O. Application of new hepatoprotectors for correction of metabolic processes derangement in complex treatment of patients with psoriasis

The work is devoted to the study of role of metabolic process derangements in the psoriasis. The new algorithms were proposed for study of psoriasis patients. It was proved that the grade derangements of functional liver state appropriate indices of the patients with psoriasis may be an extra diagnostic-prognostic activity criterion for further clinical dermatosis treatment which must be considered during development of complex patogenetic treatment tactics developed for their correction. An advanced and pathogenetically complex psoriasis treatment method was developed, this method along with basic complex treatment provides for an individualized modern national hepatoprotecting preparations of natural origin in order to correct the derangements of human hepatobiliary system. Use of the proposed treatment method allows correction of system derangements of patients with psoriasis and contributes to the accelerated skin psoriatic rash reduce and prolongation of remission period.
