Bezsmertna O. Efficiency of logistic conception of raw material supply at milk processing factories

The object of research is the process of management of raw material supply at domestic milk processing factories. The aim of research is substantiation of theoretical and methodical principles and development of practical ways of improvement of the raw material supply system at domestic milk processing factories according to the logistic conception. The methods of research are monographic, comparative approach, grouping, graphic approach, dynamics series, opinion polls, correlation and regression analysis, economic and mathematical analysis and simulation. Theoretical and practical results - scientific thesis and practical recommendations formulated and substantiated in the dissertation paper are the basis for decision of the problems of effective supply management at the modern domestic processing enterprise. It provides for the effect as a result of logistic cost application, reduction of loss of time at all stages of delivery chain, improvement of products quality. Scientific novelty - it is for thefirst time that methodological approach to development of strategy of raw material supply at milk processing factories according to the logistic conception and taking into account the organizational, administrative and informative factors is substantiated. Theoretical substantiation of mechanism of integration of milk processing factory with the raw material suppliers and methodical approach to determination of the system of supply efficiency indexes and to diagnosing of the state of the raw material supply system at milk processing factories are improved. Further development was given to the theoretical interpretation of essence of supply logistic; substantiation of the criteria of selection of optimum raw material supplier; principles of differentiation of supply management strategy at milk processing factories. Introduction - the research results have been accepted for introduction by the Central AIC Department of Vinnytsja State Administration, administration of milk processing factories (joint-stock company "Nemirov milk processing factory" and "Lityn milk processing factory", "Lustdorf, LTD"), as well as in the teaching process at the Vinnytsja national technical university. Efficiency - the research results form the conception of increase of raw material supply efficiency at the milk processing factories on the basis of logistic aspects realization.
