The subject of investigation: the process of quality management at the milkprocessing enterprises. The aim of research: elaboration of theoretical principals and practical recommendations, aimed at quality improvement of milkprocessing enterprises produce. Methods: analysis and synthesis, system-structure analysis, clustering, historical, comparative, monographical, dynamic rows, graphic, correlated- regression analysis. Theoratical and practical results: accomplished research and obtained results can be regarded as the contribution to the theoratical development of current theory of quality management. Stated and grounded principles and recommendations are the basis for solving theoretical and practical problems of quality management at domestic enterprises. The practical significance of the research results lies in the possibility of their implementation in the production at many enterprises of other industries. Scientific novelty: for the first time the methodological principle of quality management is proved, which is aimed at ensuring advance rise in expenses on technological innovations and strategically directed expenses on quality improvement in comparison with the dynamics of general expenses on quality and production cost in general; the influence of optimization measures of quality control system on the dynamics of indices of product quality and efficiency of milkprocessing enterprises performance was defined more exactly, this influence is based on the determinant role of quality expenses management mechanism and evaluating of amount of loss through imperfect product quality; the further development received the economic-methamatic intertpretation of differentiation of development strategies on the basis of quality management for enterprises with the different level of efficiency which is based, in particular, on taking into account the indices of production volume, profitability, product quality and also quantitative and structural characteristics of expenses on quality. The level of application: the results of the research were applied in the production at public corporation "Shargorod creamery" and public corporation "Chmilnyk plant for production of dried non-fat milk", the results are also being used by the central administrative board of agricultural development in Vinytsja region administration, in educational process in Vinytsja technical university and Uman state agrarian university. Effectiveness: the use of obtained results will promote the ensuring of efficiency of expenses management on quality at enterprises as the basis of quality management.
