Essay

The thesis is devoted to the efficiency upgrading of compulsory concrete mixers because of using its components in the process of formation of low-slump building mixtures of a cascaded process mixing by the three-shaft actuating element. A mathematical model of the cooperation of the actuating element of the concrete mixer with the components of the concrete mixture is created on the grounds of the theoretical researches. The basic performance of the compulsory three-shaft concrete mixer is specified. The experimental researches of the compulsory three-shaft concrete mixer are carried out and they confirmed the correspondence of the theoretical dependences. The rational parameters are verified and the efficiency of the formation of a low-slump concrete mixture in a new concrete mixer is specified. The results of the work are applied in industry.
