Pylypchuk I. Technology of аid in cases of idiopathic incompetent pregnancy

The objective of this research was to improve the technology of aid in cases of idiopathic IP by the way of timely diagnosing and correction of the disorders of gestational transformation of blood flow in the functional subsystem maternal organism-uterine placenta bed. In the result of the research carried out new data have been obtained on the frequency of delay of gestational transformation of spiral arteries into uterine-placenta vessels in cases of idiopathic IP. The role of the disorders in the formation of low-resistant preplacental blood flow has been shown in the emergence of the threat of IP in the 2nd trimester of pregnancy. New data have been obtained on the effectiveness of application of activator of oxygen metabolism of vascular cells solcoseryl and stimulators of biosynthesis of relaxation endothelial factors (prostacycline and nitrogen oxide) dipiridamol and glutargine in order to reduce resistance to blood flow in the uterine artery bаsin. The expediency has been proved of taking measures that facilitate gestational restructuring of the blood flow in the functional subsystem maternal organism-uterine placenta bed in the therapy of the threat of IP. Technology of aid in cases of idiopathic IP that increases effectiveness of tocolysis by 2,7 times has been elaborated and introduced into practice of obstetrical inpatient departments.
