The dissertation contains theoretical substantiation and practical solution of a topical scientific task related to improving the efficiency of a rehabilitation activity complex for the ischemic heart disease patients with postinfarction cardiosclerosis. According to the data of two-year observation, coronary artery bypass surgery on post-myocardial infarction patients with proper indications for surgical intervention exerts a considerable influence on the results of rehabilitation in this cohort of patients and is characterized by an improvement of basic indicators of clinical course of ischemic heart disease, an improvement of the quality of life and a greater level of job capacity renewal. Application area - clinical medicine. The results are implemented into the practice of medical institutions.
