Babenko K. Relationship between mechanisms of symbolization of the content of unconscious educed through psycho-analysis of the set of topic-related psycho-drawings.

The dissertation deals with the problem: what characteristics the process of symbolization of the content of unconscious features in the interconnection with the psychic's internal dynamics. The theoretical analysis covers the issues related to the study of unconscious as presented in the papers by both Ukrainian and foreign scholars, including the major conceptions there of. Experiential data were obtained in the process of the group psycho-correction using the method of active social-psychological training; the target audience consisted of the future practical psychologists. The analysis of the data obtained has shown that the same mechanisms of symbolization which were discovered by Freud while analyzing dreams can be discerned in the drawings. The aforementioned mechanisms were objectified in the authored tales as well. The investigation enabled the author to elucidate the essence of symbolization of unconscious and elicit interrelations between mechanisms of symbolization and dynamics of psychic.The need for consideration of this phenomenon in the professional training of future psychologists was highlighted.
