Ruchkina V. The System of Insurance in Country Transition Economy: Structure, Mechanism of its functioning, Trends

Object of research: socio-economic processes of functioning of the system of insurance in the countries of transitional economy. Purpose of research: devel-opment at theoretical and methodological level of con-ception of forming and development of the system of insurance in the countries of transitional economy, that enables to offer the conceptual model of functioning of the system of insurance in the countries of transitional economy and to develop the complex of the recom-mendations directed on the improvement of organiza-tion of insurance relations in the national economy of Ukraine. Methods of research: structurally-functional analysis, abstractly-logical method, method of supervi-sions, methods of comparison, analysis and synthesis, historical and logical approach graphic methods and facilities. Results: a concept is improved "system in-surances"; the conceptual model of functioning of the system of insurance is developed in the countries of transitional economy; conception of development of thesystem of insurance is developed in the countries of transitional economy in the context of international experience; contacts is found out between a subject and methodological by the constituents of mechanism of functioning of the system of insurance; the problems of forming and development of the system of insurance are explored in Ukraine, the mechanisms of activation of insurance market are offered in the investment proc-esses of the state; methodological approaches are of-fered to planning of business-processes of activity of insurance company in relation to modern international standards. Novelty: First: conception of development of the system of insurance is developed in the countries of transitional economy in the context of international experience; the conceptual model of the system of in-surance is offered in the countries of transitional econ-omy. Improved: a concept is the "system of insur-ance", his socio-economic essence is exposed; theoreti-cal approach to determination of contacts between asubject and methodological by the constituents of mechanism of functioning of the system of insurance. Got further development: determination of tendencies and priorities directions of development of the system of insurance in Ukraine, mechanisms of activation of insurance market in the investment processes of the state; methodological approaches to planning of busi-ness-processes of insurance company by modern inter-national standards, in particular IDEF0.
