In the dissertation on the basis of versatile study of anthropometric, psy-chosocial and medical-biology factors the composite description of emotionally-personal special features of persons with ischemic heart disease is got. The patopersonality emotional features of persons with ischemic heart trouble depending on the age, gendering descriptions, the level of education, and similarly weights of disease. Comparative medic-psychosocial description of persons is exposed with ischemic heart trouble and the degree of its influence on the origin and develop-ment of ischemic heart trouble is exposed. The use of rehabilitation-correction complex in the conditions of permanent establishment allowed in the scientific-applied aspect to develop basic principles of account of personality-emotional descriptions that influent on the origin and devel-opment of ischemic heart trouble.
