The dissertation deals with the task of raising the efficacy of treating psoriasis by means of a complex method, employing chronodeterminated antioxidant therapy and laser photophoresis, taking into account the peculiarities of the circadian rhythms of patient’s oxidant-antioxidant homeostasis. Disbalance and desynchronosis of the circadian rhythms of the parameters of oxidant-antioxidant homeostasis, dependent on the clinical pecture of psoriasis has been established. The author has developed a new mode of treatment of psoriasis which envisages a chronodeterminated use of the Vita-Melatonin antioxidant medication and differentiated laser photophoresis against a background of basic therapy, which brings about a normalizing and synchronizing effect on the state of oxidant-antioxidant homeostasis, as well as shortens the terms of treatment and reduces the recurrence rate of psoriasis. Results – improvement of treatment; branch – medicine.
