Essay

In the dissertation the development of new analytical systems on the basis of luminol reaction in the presence of haemoglobine and conjugated oxidation of 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine and n-phenetidine by hydrogen peroxide in medicinal and biologically active substances with the aim of their use in the pharmaceutical analysis has been suggested. The inhibitor influence has been established the terms have been proposed, the methods have been worked out; the possibilities of kinetic determination of paracetamol, caffeine, adrenaline, dopamine, rutin, quercetin, dihydroquercetin, ascorbic acid, pyrocatechin and elagic acid in the model solutions and medicinal preparations by chemiluminescence inhibition method using new analytical H2L - Н2О2 - Нb system as indicator have been shown. The activating vikasol enfluence has been established and the chemistry mechanism of chemiluminescence activating process in H2L - Н2О2 system has been proposed. The methods have been developed and the possibility of chemiluminescence vikasol identification in the medicinal preparations have been shown. The conditions have been proposed and the methods have been developed of kinetic determination of medicinal substances by means of conjugated oxidation reaction by hydrogen peroxide 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine (acetylsalicylic acid) and n-phenetidine (zopiklon, triacetin).
