Object of the study: uterine fibromyoma against a background of obesity. Purpose of the study: improvement of the results of treating pa-tients with uterine fibromyoma against a background of obesity on the basis of determination of the endothelium state and lipid me-tabolism. Methods of the investigation: general clinical, biochemical, su-personic, instrumental, immunoenzyme, enzymatic, statistical methods of investigation. Theoretical and practical results: as а result of the conducted researches, an algorithm for examination of patients with uterine fibromyoma was improved, it being directed at early diagnosis of a disrupted function of the endothelium. In order to normalize the endothelial dysfunction and lipid metabolism it is recommended to include progestagens and ozonotherapy into a complex of medical measures. Novelty: for the first time, parameters of the system of haemostasis in uterine fibromyoma against a background of different degrees of obesity were studied. The main pathogenetic changes, leading to an imbalance in the haemocoagulation haemostasis and endothelial dysfunction, were revealed. For the first time, indices of the lipid metabolism and their relationship with disorders in the blood coagulation system under the development of endothelial dysfunction in uterine fibromyomata were assessed. For the first time, the functional state of the endo-thelium in patients with uterine fibromyoma and in cases of its combination with obesity was described. The method of tidal drainage of the uterine cavity for the treatment of patients with uterine fibromyoma using ozonated solutions was improved. The expediency of using medical ozone in complex treatment of patients with uterine fibromyoma was scientifically grounded. Degree of introduction: the data, obtained by the author on the examination and treatment of patients with uterine fibromyoma against a background of obesity, were introduced in the work of the Gynaecology Department of the Kharkiv Regional Hospital, Kharkiv City Clinical Maternity Home No. 1, Kharkiv City Maternity Home No. 3, Kharkiv City Maternity Home No. 7, Kharkiv City Clinical Maternity Home with the Neonatology Inpatient Department, the Gynaecology Department of the Nova Vodolaga Central District Hospital. Theoretical propositions and practical recommendations are used in the educational process at the Departments of Obstetrics and Gynaecology of Kharkiv State Medical University. Sphere of application: medicine, obstetrics and gynaecology
