For the first time was established that etionine exerts syncataractogenic effect at light cataract modeling, which has been accompanied with increasing of frequency, degree and rate of lenticular opacity. The prevention decrease of coenzym A level in eye blood and tissue has been proved at light cataract modeling by injected preparation, consisting of "Coenzyme- compositum". More marked decrease of coenzym A level in patient's blood, lens and aqueous humor was revealed in case of different cataract types. The principal possibility of stabilization of lens pathology with Coenzym A application is substantiated on the base of clinic and biochemical investigations if patients have arising cataract.
