The Dissertation is devoted to peculiarities of protection of a person's personal rights, which secure his natural existence (the right to life, health, freedom and personal immunity). The main problems considered in the research are finding out the spe-cific character (peculiarities) of the object of protection (personal rights, which secure the natural existence of a physical person - the right to life, health freedom and personal immunity) as well as peculiarities of the pro-tection of the said rights, legal and non-legal forms of protection of the per-sonal rights, which secure the natural existence of a physical person.
