Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the creation of optimal surgical revascularization method in patients with obliterating atherosclerosis and presence of chronic critical ischemia on the basis of study of pathogenetic peculiarities of regional hemodynamics and microcirculation changes, as well as the activity of lipoperoxidation processes and prostaglandins' metabolism. The metabolic state of the patients is examined before the surgery. For the first time the criteria for the selection of revascularization method are chosen and ranged. The immediate and delayed results of different surgical operations are studied. The renewing operations combined with lumbar sympathectomy are worked up and inctroduced to the practical activity. The obtained data are used in the educational process of Pathophysiology Department and Anesthesiology, Reanimatology and Surgery Department of postgraduate education faculty in Lugansk State Medical University and in practical activity at surgical departments of Lugansk hospitals
