The dissertation is devoted to improvement of treatment efficacy of chronic acalculous cholecystitis on the background of helicobacteri-osis in combination with obesity. In 56,8% of patients with combined pathology complaint on intensive abdominal pain. Hypotonia and hy-perkinesia of the gallbladder (GB) prevail in observed patients. Biliary sludge was found in more than half of patients. It was characteristic the follow: increase of L index, decrease of ultrasound histogram N index of GB wall and its contents. In 52,5% of the cases there was revealed hyperacidity, in fifth part - gastroesophageal and/or duodenogastral refluxes. Grade of Helicobacter pylori contamination vary in different types of GB dysfunction. Ratio of hyperplasia and atrophy of gastric mucosa endocrine cells plays a role in development of different variant of GB dysfunction. Qualitative composition of gastric mucus is af-fected in case of the combined pathology. Treatment included antihomotoxic preparations hepeel, gastricu-mel andmucosa compositum promotes decrease of combined diseases clinical picture, reduction of rate of GB dysfunction and of biliary sludge presence, improvement of GB ultrasound indices and of blood lipid profile, reduction of cholecystitis exacerbation rate, effect of eradication therapy becomes more stable, grade of obesity decreases.
