Rudych O. Statistical aspects of formation of social monitoring

Purpose of research: substantiation of theoretical and methodological positions concerning formation of social monitoring in a context of requirements to a supply with information of management of social processes. Object of research: the mass social phenomena and processes which occur in Ukraine. Subject of investigation: statistical aspects of formation of social monitoring as tool of support of administrative decisions in social sphere. Methods of research: the dialectic logic, the analysis and synthesis, methods of comparison, generalization and scientific abstraction, and also are applied statistical methods: average sizes, index, selective, tabulated and graphic. The scientific novelty of the results is in the following: Creation the structural - logic circuit of the organization of social monitoring is proved; the expediency of use is proved and the design procedure of an integrated parameter of social and economic security working is developed; Are advanced of methodical positions concerning harmonization of the statistical and sociological data at the organization of social monitoring; the circuit of information streams at realization of monitoring of the state social programs. Elaborations in: definition of essence and functions of the social information; conceptual - methodological bases of a statistical estimation of social and economic security working. Extent of implementation: results of research are used by the State committee of statistics of Ukraine at introduction in statistical practice of methodological bases of carrying out of selective social-demographic inspection; the State institute of problems of family and youth by preparation of the annual report to the President of Ukraine, the Verhovna Rada of Ukraine " About position of youth in Ukraine (2001-2006гг.) "; in educational process of the State academy of statistics, the account and audit of SSC of Ukraine at teaching discipline " Statistical studying of a labour market " also are used by preparation of the manual " Statistics ofa labour market: the international standards and national experience".
