This thesis is the first monographic research, dedicated to the theoretical and practical problems of organiezer-legal maintenance of state regulation and branch of beekeeping of Ukraine. In the thesis the complex rating of a status organiezer-legal of maintenance of state regulation in branch of beekeeping is made. The basic directions on its improvement, in particular, in questions of realization of selective and bee stock work, pollination of entomophillious crops, maintenance of necessary quality of production, of the grants from the state budget, state management and control, amplificatio of the administrative responsibility for infringement of the legislation in branch of beekeeping are established. The offers on improvement of the current legislation concerning to organiezer-legal maintenance of state regulation in branch of beekeeping are developed.
