Nurimanov K. The substantiation of the differential diagnostics and the treatment of the male infertility with obstructive and nonobstructive azoospermia

The dissertation is dedicated to the problem of increasing of safety of diagnostics and efficacy of treatment of infertile men with azoospermia by means of elaboration of noninvasive method of differential diagnostics and the adequate choice of treatment.Materials end methods: 187 azoospermic patients were tested. The experimental part of research included 50 rats. The comparative characteristic of incisive biopsy and fine-needle aspiration of testes was performed. It was found that activity of neutral alpha-glucosidase of ejaculate in patients with obstructive azoospermia is statistically smaller than in cases of normozoospermia and non obstructive azoospermia. The sensitivity of method is 98,3%, the specificity is 81,0%. This method increases the efficiency of the epididymovasostomy (30,0%) intracytoplasmic sperm injection in obstructive (74,0%) and nonobstructive azoospermia (44,0%).
