Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the issues on efficiency of pregnancy’s preeclampsia complex treatment with using of low-frequency magnetotherapy by a new technique on right hypochondrium region and the left temporal region on the basis of studying peculiarities of the microcirculatory and metabolic disorders at formation of different types of toxicoinflammatory syndrome. Hypoergic and hyperergic types of toxicoinflammatory syndrome were detailed on the indices of heart rate variability, blood superficial tension and blood biochemical endotoxicosis parameters.Investigation in vitro has defined a primary orientation of action of low-frequency alternating magnetic field on tensiometry, rheometry and biochemical blood parameters that has allowed proving magnetotherapy technique. Various types of a syndrome demand the differentiated magnetotherapy application. In case of pregnancy’s preeclampsia with hyperergic types of toxicoinflammatory syndrome and sympathicotonia, spastic disorders of microcirculation, blood condensation and marked endotoxicosis the efficiency of magnetotherapy is proved, normalization of the clinical and laboratory parameters is revealed, that has allowed to reduce a doze of hypotensive, sedative and vascular medicines, prolong the complicated pregnancy till 40 weeks gestation and reduce the frequency of preterm and operative delivery on 20 %.
