Dissertation work is devoted to the clinical-nosotropic grounds of complex application of massotherapy, manual therapy and elements of psychological correction in the rehabilitation of patients with a vertebral osteochondrosis, and on this basis, to development of the improved rehabilitation system with the purpose of increasing the efficiency of medical rehabilitation for this disease. In the dissertation, the concept of complex application of the improved forms of psychological correction, massotherapy and manual therapy within the bounds of the rehabilitation practice is proposed and substantiated. The conceptual model has been proved with the help of experimental researches on animals; psychophysiological, clinical, instrumentational, laboratory researches of patients with a vertebral osteochondrosis at the stage of rehabilitation.
