Conceptions of "existence" by Jean-Paul Sartre and Nicola Abbagnano are systematically and integrally considered in dissertation research, the comparative analysis of humanistic conceptions of philosophers is carried out, and also, basic differences and similarity of their studies are specified and concreted. Grounded position that "positive existentialism" is fundamental position in the solving problem of existence of human and its freedom. The phenomenon of existence is exposed and analysed on the basis of problematic vagueness in philosophy of N. Abbagnano, and also value of "positive existentialism", and its difference from "negative". The analysis of existentials life of human is carried out. Grounded specific and value of concept "existance" as planes of possibilities of output outside present life. The category of existence and genesis of basic constituents of concept is probed in philosophical conceptions. It becomes firmly established that existence, in philosophy of existence, Jean-Paul Sartre and Nicola Abbagnano, appears express of the real descriptions of life, freedom, time, society, history, world. And the method of life of man is characterized as a self planning, freedom, temporality, co-existence, historic character.
