Theoretical definition of rolling radius in passes with the different amount of drived and undriver rolls is developed. Taking into account an actual form of passes allows to increase accuracy of definition up to 4-16% of rolling radius at the rolling with tension. A method and program for calculation of deformation-speed conditions of tubes reduction in stands with any type of main drive of rolls was developed. Technologies for tube reduction with the using of the offered four-roll passes in the stretching mill in TPA 140 of CJSCo "Nikopol steel pipe plant "YutiSt" with the increase of the total deformation of tubes by diameter in 2 times at increasing of tubes accuracy are developed. Also the technology of tube reduction with tension in 30-stands mill with 2 stand groups is developed. One of these groups is rotated relative to other through to other 30 . It provides the increase of tubes accuracy.
