Yaremchuk L. Traumatism prognosticating and preventing of pyo-inflammatory complications due to travail traumas of perineum in pregnant women suffering from microbiocenosis of female birth canals

Object - pyo-inflammatory complications of perineum birth injuries; methods – clinical, microbiological, biochemical, immunological, mathematical design, statistical; novelty - by a clinical-mathematical method the basic factors of risk of perineum birth injuries are certain and the crowd conditions of their connection are explored with the traumatism of injuries; inter-communication is first explored between a clinical flow, microbiological and immunological status, and also processes of peroxide oxidization of lipids for pregnant women from a vagina dysbiosis, which tested the perineum birth injuries (PBI); first offered and shown efficiency of complex of measures of treatment-rehabilitations on the basis of local and system antenatal renewal of microbiocenosis of vagina and application of antihomotoxic preparations for the prophylaxis of pyo-inflammatory complications for pregnant women from a vagina dysbiosis, which tested the perineum birth injuries; results – frequency of pyo-inflammatory complications of PBI is reduced for women with violation of microbiocenosis of sexual ways due to their prognostication and introduction of the improved complex of measures of treatment-rehabilitations during pregnancy and in a post-natal period; branch – medicine.
