Thesis research is dedicated to the legal grounds of monetary and credit policy in Ukraine. The notions of monetary and credit policy, its structure (aims, methods and means etc.), legal mechanisms of development and realization, organizational and legal forms are being analyzed in this work. Authors examines foreign experience of monetary and credit policy organization concerning issues that are relevant for Ukraine makes offers about improvement of legislation currently in power and organizational and legal forms of monetary policy.
