Mohammad M. Prophylaxis of adhesive illness at the acute inflammatory diseases of organs of abdominal region (clinical-experimental research)

Object - adhesive process of abdomen, festering-inflammatory diseases, attended with alteration of mesothelium of peritoneum; methods – сlinical, microbiological, mycology, bacteriological, immunological, morphological, gistological, сlinical-laboratory, сlinical-biochemical, statistic-analytical; a novelty is certain frequency of met of adhesive process after operative interferences on the organs of abdominal region; the patomorphological picture of different displays of adhesive process is studied in detail, the role of microorganisms of different taxonomic groups is certain, factors and mechanisms of general and local immune answer at sharp inflammation of peritoneum in the origin of adhesive illness; the dynamics of changes of fibrinolytic and proteolytic activity of plasma, peritoneum and also peritoneal exudation, that in a complex with determination of antiseptic and antiviral properties, which modified of antiseptic of sorbent, allowed scientifically to ground the developed method of prophylaxis of development of adhesive illness; results – efficiency of prophylaxis of origin of adhesive process is improved in an abdominal region by application of antiseptic in combination with sorbent at sharp inflammatory pathology of organs of peritoneal cavity; branch – medicine.
