Essay

The Thesis is primarily devoted to scientific substantiation of the methods psychological and pedagogical conditions of chorus conductor training in the system of higher musical education. Pointed out the term "conductor " as phenomenon of musical art, the theoretical foundation of researched problems, analyzed the ways of conductor and chorus students training. Experimentally checked up the steps of psychological and pedagogical conditions of students training, stressed interconnection of learning subjects. Examined the effective results of experimental and researched work.
