Jelihovsky V. Legal bases of electronic commerce in Ukraine

The dissertation deals with the problems of development and formation of legislative and normative base of ensuring the legal bases of electronic commerce realization; the determination of the directions of its further widespread; a role of the state in the ensuring the legitimate use of the electronic network with the purpose of commercial activity realization; the creation of the theoretical aspects of using the legislative and normative-legal acts controlling this sphere of legal relations. The author draws the conclusions and gives the propositions and recommendations concerning the legal bases of electronic commerce realization, the problems of increase the efficiency of its regulation. In the dissertation the complex of theoretical methodological and practical questions concerning the improvement of the institute of legal responsibility in sphere of electronic commerce realization are solved.
