The research work is devoted to raising the efficiency of reproductive function restoration in women with clamidiosis and tubal infertility by means of optimization of diagnostics and treatment using laparoscopy. The author investigates the frequency of clamidiosis in women with tubular infertility who have undergone laparoscopy. The condition of inborn nonspecific (natural) and acquired (adaptive) specific immunity of women with infertility and with clamidiosis in their medical history is evaluated in the work. The prognostic criteria of laparoscopy efficiency for treating tubular infertility are determined. The author improved the methods of treatment and preventive measures for women with clamidiosis and tubular infertility who have shown no therapeutic effects after traditional treatment with antibacterial and immunomodulatory medications.
