Kudina О. The forming of the resource strategy of an enterprise

Research object: process of the strategic planning of financial and resource support of functioning and development of an enterprise in the terms of market relations between the resources’ suppliers, producers and consumers of finished products; the goal of the work: further development of theoretical ground of economic essence and the proctss of strattegic planning of resource maintenance as well as the development of a machine-building enterprise; the method of research and device: the analysis of statistical data, theoretical generalization, the systems approach, the systems analysis, the methods of theory and research of operations and genetic algorithm, the methods of analog and expert prediction; theoretical and practical results: in the work such concepts have been improved: the methodical approach to the ground of resource strategy on the basis of determination of resource maintenance, the strategy of an enterprise development, the sequence of organizational construction stages and the sef of forming and determination of management structure of resource maintenance of enterprise development principles, the methodical approach to adjusting of consumption capacity and resources expenses at the strategic areas of resources at an entereprise; in the work the determination of essence of the concept «resource potantial» as well as the sequence of the stages of the resource strategy of enterprise formation got further development; the practical value of the obtained results is that the introduction of the worked out methods, methodical approaches as well as recommendations allows to promote efficiency of the use of all of types of production resources of an enterprise; object and level of introduction: the developments are put in practical activity of «Kharkov radiozavod «Proton» and the factory named after Malishev; the sphere of the use: industrial activity of machine-building enterprises.
