Essay

In this thesis the problem of state management of customs relations is investigated. The role and the place of the state customs system are shown in the general institution of foreign economic policy of the country. It is determined that the state customs service of Ukraine plays a key part in the provision of economic state policy. In this study are analyzed the mutual relations of the state customs service with the other legal subjects in the context of state foreign economic policy realization.
