In a dissertation social and cultural aspects in the higher education market are considered. On the basis of theoretical and empirical research the following social and cultural indicators of higher education services consumption in the region are conceptually systematized: interests, values, standards, needs of the society and its institution, region and expert groups; social status, life style, principles of behavior of educational services consumers; combined social information and so on.
