Essay

Obtained during this research results testify to the fact that modification protein-protein interactions in membrane-cytoskeleton complex of adult donor and cord blood erythrocytes in response to the non-penetrating cryoprotectant PEO-1500 and cryopreservation have peculiarities. These modifications depend on temperature of incubation with the cryoprotectant. The treatment erythrocytes at 0-4°С allows to save protein structure better than at 37°С. Correlation between amount of annexinV-labeled cells after thawing and level of haemolysis after cell transfer to physiological conditions has been observed. At the same time disorders of asymmetry in adult donor and cord blood erythrocytes treated with PEO-1500 at 0-4°С are less expressed than in cells treated at 37°С, which correlates with low level of haemolysis after transfusion modeling. High resistance of glycophorin A to action of low temperature cryopreservation factors has been determined.
