The dissertation is devoted to studying the сondition of cardiovascular system and undifferentiated dysplasia of connective tissue in patients with varicosity of lower extremities. Dependence between character of a current of varicosity of lower extremities and at undifferentiated dysplasia of connective tissue is found out. For the first time morphological and immunohistochemical features of structure of veins and integuments at patients with varicosity of lower extremities and a dysplasia of a connective tissue are established. It is shown, that oxyproline level in blood serum and urine is interconnected with gravity of a current of varicosity of lower extremities and quantity taped phenotypic signs of a dysplasia of a connective tissue. For the first time the tendency to an incompetence of valves both superficial, and deep veins of the bottom extremities in process of increase of expression of a dysplasia of a connective tissue is noted; results - іt was revealed a series of phenotypic, biochemical, morphological and immunohistochemical signs of connective-tissue dysplasia, that is more frequently meet at prognostic of severe forms of varicosity of lower extremities. At this expression of dysplasia of connective tissue (DCT) correlated with severity of current varicosity and a present of relapses; results of examinations is testified about a role of DCT in pathogenesis of varicosity of lower extremities, it is necessary to take into account at dispensary observation for present contingent of patients; region - medicine.
