Tababi A. Clinico - phenotypical and psychological paculiarities of the patients with hypertensions with crisis duration and geomagnetic factors.

This work is devoted to optimization of treatment and prophylaxis of hypertension with crisis course on the base of investigation of psychological peculiarities, phenotypical signs of dysplasia of connective tissue and geomagnetic fluctuations. It was shown that the patients with hypertension have marked dysharmony of psychological profile with the increase of the level of neurotization and anxious-depressive disturbances that is the most expressed in the persons with crisis course of the disease and resistance to antihypertensive therapy. Dysplasia of connective tissue was determined in most patients with crisis course of hypertension. The combination of disturbance of psychological balance with marked dysplasia of connective tissue is closely connected with predisposition to crisis course of hypertension with high level of reaction to geomagnetic fluctuation. An this case adequate antihypertensive therapy in combination of such patients and decrease of the condition of such patients and decrease of their sensitivity to the action of geomagnetic fluctuations.
