Nesterenko G. Institutional support of areas usuage (municipal property) of the territorial societies in Lviv region

It has bun worked out scientific principles of institutional support of economic factors of town areas (municipal property) with the aim to establish a rational system of utilization and protection. The peculiarities, a concept and the tasks of town areas we have bun researched in the dissertation. It have bun studied a foreign experience of town areas use as well. Methodical approaches have bun distinguished and improved as to the formation of municipal land property. It has bun elaborated a forecast of the structure of town land lands which are governed by the administrative centre L’viv, after the delimitation of lands of state and municipal property. It has bun determined the importance of municipal lend property as the economic factor in town areas use. Some tendencies as to the arrangement of rational use and protection of the lands of municipal property have been developed.
