Zavgorodnyaya A. Diagnostic criterians and medical correction of cerebral ischemic stroke considering the structural and functial condition of vascular endothelium

Dissertation devoted to the study of structural and functional peculiarities of vascular endothelium in the cerebral ischemic stroke (CIS) pathogenesis, development of diagnosis criteria and medication correction for the disease considering the revealed changes. It has been established that functional status of endothelium in the patients with CIS is characterized with a disordered balance in the vasoregulation agents (nitric oxide and endothelin-1) system in blood while the free radical oxidation (FRO) are activated and the endothelial cells are changed structurally. The correlation analysis of the vasoregulation endothelial factors, FRO levels, desquamated endotheliocytes and severity of the condition of the patients with CIS has been carried out. The diagnosis criteria for the assessment of the CIS severity have been developed. The medication correction with the complex of L-lysine aescinate and thiotriasolin has been proposed on the basis of the obtained data on structural and functional changes inthe vascular endothelium properties.
